Snap or Alligator: If unsure of which to order, please visit the Clips Types Explained page.
Right Side/Left Side or Both: Please choose which side of the head you would like the clip made for. Please note that this is for the child’s right side or left side of the head and not yours. If you choose Both, please ensure the quantity is listed as 2 since you are ordering a pair.
Embellishment Colour: All colours of flowers, crochet items, etc…, are shown in the picture or named in the listing. I cannot accommodate special orders for different colours of these items.
Ribbon Colour: Please feel free to choose any colours from my Colour Charts for your bows or to line your clips. If you would like the clip made exactly as shown in the pictures, please choose or write “As Shown”.
Special Instructions: If you have any special requests for your clips, please include this information in the box provided.
Checkout
Ladybugs and Lullabies accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, E-Cheques, and Paypal. All payment types are processed through Paypal, which is a secure way to pay online without revealing your financial information. Please note that E-Cheques do take a few days longer to clear and your order will not be processed until that time.
Completion time is generally 5-10 business days, but may be longer during busy seasons such as Christmas.
If you need your order in a rush please make a note of the date your order is needed in the comments box. I will do my best to accommodate your request. You many want to upgrade shipping to the Xpresspost option to ensure quicker mail delivery. All orders that request XPresspost shipping are considered ‘rush’ orders.
